  • Sil Jeon Mu Sool overview
  • Module Breakdown of Striking, Standing Grappling, Weapons, Groundfighting
  • How to utilize the module format effectively in weekly classes
  • Technique chaining for maximum effectiveness in student retention
  • How to utilize the instructional matrix in scheduling 3, 6, 9, 12 month blocks

Welcome Master Duncan and Lion’s Pride Dojang

I want to welcome Master John Duncan and the Lion’s Pride Dojang in Mount Olive, North Carolina. Master Duncan is a Police Officer who trains both Law Enforcement Officers as well as civilian students in the Sil Jeon Taedkwondo Program as well as Hapkido.

Delay in Deployment!

It appears that I’ll be delayed in my deployment to Iraq in December. We have been notified that we will not deploy until after the New Year. Good News!
