ACAF President, Master Jim Mahan

Master Jim Mahan is a decorated combat veteran with two tours in Iraq and is an established authority on the use of the knife as a weapon. He is the owner of Let’s Get Training and the American Combat Arts Federation, recognized as a producer of some of the top Military and Martial Arts Instructional Videos in the World.

Jim is one of the top hand-to-hand combat instructors in the United States Army and he has instructed thousands of US and foreign military and police units in Hand to Hand Combat. Since 1983 he has dedicated his life to training in blade related arts and has trained extensively in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali, Arnis, Indonesian Silat, and a plethora of related arts. Mr. Mahan has continued to update his arsenal by training in Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with his current Professor, Hideki Frazier and has been recently awarded his Purple belt.

While deployed for his second tour in Iraq, Mr. Mahan was responsible for training Iraqi Special Forces Platoons as well as Iraqi Police Counter Terrorism Teams in Precision Building Clearing and Hand to Hand Combative skill sets. Let’s Get Training’s Combative Systems is one of the only companies in the world that can bring such a unique training environment to not only the real life experiences in the use of weapons, but as well as pure hand-to-hand combat. The Sil Jeon Mu Sool curriculum taught at his academy is a realistic, vibrant and robust training syllabus that is being adopted by schools nationwide.

Jim is currently stationed at Ft Hood, texas with his wife Missy and son, Jacob.

ACAF Vice-President, Master Roger Lewis

Master Roger Lewis is a decorated combat veteran and has trained with various Martial Arts Masters through out the world. Due to
his military experience he has sought out only the most realistic and combative approaches to training in the martial arts. During
his last tour in Iraq, Master Lewis was directly responsible for the training of thousands of Iraqi Army Soldiers and Security Forces.
Master Lewis is a certified Master instructor, coach, and referee in Taekwondo. He holds Black Belts in Hapkido and Wagi Kali-Silat.
He’s a Purple Belt coach in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is also a level 2 certified Modern Army Combatives Instructor. He is also
the co-founder of Sil Jeon Mu Sool. He is the Chief Instructor and owner of Tiger Land Martial Arts
Academy. As Vice President of the American Combat Arts Federation, he is dedicated to ensuring that the organization and its
membership receive the best support possible. Master Lewis is a retired First Sergeant who served in the U.S.
Army for over 22 years. His last assignment was in Yongsan Garrison, South Korea as the 8th U.S. Army combatives program
director. He is currently working as a Military Consultant for Counter IED training at Ft Polk, Louisiana.

ACAF Filipino Martial Arts Coordinator/Lead Instructor, Sifu/Guro David Seiwert

Sifu/Guro Seiwert has been involved in the martial arts as both a student and instructor for the past 40 years. He began training as a teenager and has studied arts such as Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Tien Shan Pai, Northern & Southern Shaolin, Tai Chi, Ng Family System, Kuntao and various systems of Kali under such notable instructors as Master Joe Hines, Master Il Kwon Kim, Grandmaster Chien Liang Huang, GM Winglok Ng, GM Nene Tortal and others.
Over tha past few years Guro Seiwert has began furthering his training by studying in Thailand (Muay Thai) and the Philippines delving more into the Filipino martial arts of Pekiti Tirsia, Tat Kuntaw, Balintawak & Dekiti Tirsia Siradas.

ACAF Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program Director, Master Hideki Frazier

Master Frazier started training in Tae Kwon Do at 13 years old in New Jersey with Grandmaster Bai. He is currently a 7th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Holds a 6th degree black belt under the Famed Ryu Kyu Grandmaster George Dillman.

Trained with the Famous Reylson Gracie and Joe Moreira in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and now holds his Professor Rank of 4th degree black belt.

Master Frazier is a Certified Tae Bo Instructor under Founder Billy Blanks and is the Senior Instructor and Owner of Frazier Martial Arts.

ACAF Submission Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program Assistant Director, Jason Keaton

Jason Keaton has recently fought in King of the Cage, Kentucky Fighting Challenge, Extreme Combat Challenge, and other promotions. Jason is Renato Tavares’ first BJJ Black Belt. He is also a Senior Level 4 with the Modern Army Combatives Program. He has trained military, law enforcement, and civilians for over a decade. He’s renown as not only a great fighter but a top notch instructor as well. Jason never stops learning. He has devised The Little Twister’s Grappling Program and the Cyclone MMA System. Jason is available for seminars and private training sessions.
